Just mixed up a small glass of ‘The Hulk’ cocktail as I had mountain dew and wanted to check if it had been worth buying absinthe and midori.
It was worth it.Nom.

Birthday reflections.
I had a really good day.
Two days, in fact.
That is all. -
Yesterday was a day of lots of nothing apart from the bit where I got up to go and discuss hotels.
I ate:
- Two chicken tikka mayo wraps.
- Three packets of crisps
- One plum
- Some grapes
- Two pieces of chocolate cake
- A bowl of ice cream
- Pasta with broccoli and cheese
- Two pieces of toast with philadelphia and salami
I watched 28 Days Later, some Heroes, Orange County, The House Bunny, then topped it off with Crazy, Stupid Love.
Crazy, Stupid Love was an awesome film. I really loved it. I saw some things coming, I didn’t see others. But it was sweet and funny and lovely.
The song in this video is from the ending credits. I think it’s my new favourite.

Blueberries on mah face!
I went shopping with Shauni today. Amongst other things I got this face mask from Lush called Catastrophe Cosmetic. It’s got blueberries in it. It smells yummy.

New photos on the flickrzzz.
Also, I got a message from travelandleisure.com asking if they could use one of my photos in an online feature about the best fast food restaurants. Pretty cool, eh?

My mother and I went out for a walk, to help with the weight loss. It was meant to just be a quick half hour walk. About two hours later, we returned with these dogs.
This guy in a car stopped us and said, “Are you looking for two little black dogs?” We said no, because we weren’t. “Well, there’s some up there.” And he drove off. We saw them. No collars. Crazy happy to see us. Followed us down the road. They ran into a barn just before we got home. We decided to talk to the farmer next door who owns the barn as he knows the dogs in the village. He had no idea whose they are. We got them out of the barn and brought them home.
They’re settled in our porch now. Gave them some food and water, and blankets. They’re super lovely. The dog warden doesn’t have an out of hours number. The police haven’t had any reported missing. So we’ve got them ‘til the morning, at least.
